The progress in research of mechanism and treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

急性有机磷农药中毒（acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,AOPP）主要是由于乙酰胆碱酯酶被抑制[1],临床上对AOPP的诊断,主要以乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的测定作为诊断依据。

At present,acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）is the most common acute pesticide poisoning in developing countries.China is a developing country,and it is also a big country using pesticides.Organic phosphorus pesticides are widely used in rural areas,which makes them easy to be obtained and difficult to effectively control.In addition,the lack of safety protection measures for people engaged in agricultural work,further lead to the widespread occurrence of AOPP.This article aims to explore the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of AOPP,providing a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and targeted treatment of AOPP and further improve the survival rate of patients.
