摘要
党的十九大不仅开启了中国伟大事业的新时代,同时也对教育的发展提出了新的要求和赋予了新的使命。随着高校学生工作的对象、内容、载体等发生变化,建设一支人性化、服务型、专业化的学习型辅导员队伍成为必然。从学习型辅导员队伍的实践来看,辅导员队伍建设需要从辅导员职业发展瓶颈入手,以现实问题为导向,切实解决辅导员职业发展中的困扰。学习型辅导员队伍建设的可能性、必要性和层次性,成为学习型辅导员队伍培养模式构建的前提,通过队伍成员关系的和谐化、队伍组织形式的丰富化、队伍管理模式的扁平化等有效促进学习型辅导员队伍培养模式的新发展。
The 19 th National Congress of CPC has not only opened up a new era for China's great cause,but also put forward new demands and new missions for the development of education. With the changes in the object,content and carrier of the college students' work,it is inevitable to build a team of learning Counselors with humanization,service and specialization. From the practice of the learning counselor team,it is necessary to start with the bottleneck of the career development of the counselor,take the problem as the guidance,solve the problems in the career development of the counselor,the possibility,the necessity and the hierarchy of the construction of the learning counselor team,and determine the construction of the training mode of the learning counselor team. The new development of the training mode of "learning counselor team"is effectively promoted by the harmony of the relationship between the members of the team,the enrichment of the form of the team organization and the flat management of the team.
