摘要
吉登斯的生活政治观聚焦于"人们的生活世界",通过对时代主题及社会问题进行现代性反思,促进个体自我认同、自我实现。以吉登斯生活政治理论审视转型高校的教师专业发展,二者之间的契合点在于:高校教师的专业发展源于教师的微观生活;生活政治理论倡导的"对话民主"促进了教师对职业的理解与认同;教师对专业的反思自觉是实现自我的关键。立足于现代性反思,探究转型高校教师专业发展的主客体建构路径为:基于反思,唤醒教师专业发展的主体自觉即理念自觉、态度自觉、学术自觉和实践自觉;基于对话,明晰办学思路,完善保障体系,建立协同机制,构建高校教师专业发展的客体环境。
Giddens' life political outlook focuses on the"people's life world",and reflects on the themes and social issues of The Times,so as to promote individual self-identity and self-realization. Based on the theory of giddens' life political theory,teachers' professional development in universities and colleges is based on the fact that the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities stems from the micro-life of teachers. "Dialogue democracy"promotes the understanding and identification of teachers' profession; Teacher professional reflective consciousness is the key to realize self. Based on the reflection of modernity,to explore the transformation of the university teachers' professional development path: subject construction based on the reflection,wake up the body of the teacher professional development consciousness: concept,attitude,academic consciousness consciously,and consciously practice consciousness; Based on the dialogue,we should clarify the thinking of running the school,improve the guarantee system,establish the cooperative mechanism,and construct the object environment for the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities.
