摘要
目的明确尖锐湿疣(CA)患者手指尖人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况。方法招募性病门诊确诊为CA的患者119例,采用PCR方法检测其指尖HPV感染情况。CA患者指尖HPV感染情况与性别比较采用卡方检验,与年龄、病程比较采用两个独立样本t检验。结果 119例指尖样本有31例HPV DNA阳性,阳性率为26.1%。男性CA患者中指尖HPV感染率为29.8%(17/57),高于女性的22.6%(14/62),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.808,P=0.368)。指尖HPV阳性者平均年龄为31.74±6.79岁,低于阴性者的33.98±10.36岁,差异无统计学意义(t=1.119,P=0.266)。指尖HPV阳性者平均病程为5.74±4.40月,高于阴性者的4.41±2.12月,差异有统计学意义(t=2.213,P=0.029)。结论 CA患者指尖HPV感染率高,提示HPV可能经手间接感染。性别和年龄与指尖HPV感染无关,而与病程长短有关,病程越长感染率越高。
Objective To investigate the fingertip human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in condylomata acuminate (CA) pa- tients of sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinic. Methods 119 CA patients in STD clinic were recruited. The PCR meth- od was used to detect HPV infection in their fingertips. The chi-square test was used to compare the fingertip HPV infection with gender. The two independent samples t-test was used to compare the fingertip HPV infection with age and the course of disease. Results 31 CA patients' fingertip were infected with HPV DNA,and the infection rate was 26.1 %. The fingertip HPV infection rate in male CA patients was 29.8% (17/57),which higher than in women of 22.6% (14/62),and the difference was not significant (x^2 = 0. 808, P= 0. 368). The average age in the fingertip HPV positive patients were 31.74±6.79 years,which less than the negative patients of 33.98± 10.36 years,and the difference was not significant (t= 1. 119 ,P =0. 266). The average course of disease in the fingertip HPV positive patients were 5.74±4.40 months,which higher than the negative patients of 4.41±2.12 months,and the difference was significant (t=2. 213,P=0. 029). Conclusion The fin gertip HPV infection rate was high in CA patients,suggesting that HPV infection may be transmitted by hands. Gender and age fingertip HPV infection had nothing to do with the duration of disease related, the longer the course of disease, the high- er the fingertip HPV infection rate in CA patients.
