青年群体长租公寓公共空间设计研究——以万科泊寓为例 被引量:9

摘要 高居不下的房价使租房成为青年群体立足城市的首选。随着资本市场介入及国家租房政策的推进,租房将是中国社会未来的重点转化点。青年群体作为长租公寓的主力军,相比于其他群体对于传统居住环境有着不同需求,追求个性、重视社交、要求品质等是他们的主要诉求,公共空间作为主要的社交空间已然成为长租公寓的关注重点。文章通过对实际长租公寓公共空间的分析,用实践和理论相结合的手法,总结归纳长租公寓公共空间的设计要素,以期为今后的设计提供一定参考。 High housing prices make renting as the primary choice for young people to take root in the city.With the intervention of capital market and the promotion of national rental policy, renting will be the key transformation point of Chinese society in the future.Compared with other groups, the youth group, as the main force of the long rental apartment, has different needs for the traditional living environment. The pursuit of personality, the emphasis on social relations, and the demand for quality are their main demands. Public space as the main social space has become the focus of long-rent apartments.Based on the analysis of the public space of the real long-rented apartment and the combination of practice and theory, this paper sums up the design elements of the public space of the long-rented apartment in order to provide some reference value for the design of the long-term rental apartment in the future.
