“新旧并存”的传统村落保护更新策略研究——以豫北小店河村为例

Research on Protection and Renewal Strategy of Traditional Villages with "Old and New Coexistence" ——Taking Xiaodianhe Village in North Henan as an Example

随着农村经济的发展,新农村建设下一些村落正面临着保护与发展并举的问题。小店河村是北方清代传统民居建筑的优秀范例之一,为了探索如何实现其传统建筑保护与整体村落发展,文章通过梳理和归纳小店河村民居的传统营建智慧,与此同时分析新建民居的局限性与矛盾,提出六个方面的保护更新策略,为小店河村未来的发展与建设提供理论参考。

With the development of the rural economy, some villages under new rural construction are facing the problem of both protection and development. Xiaodianhe village is one of the excellent examples of northern traditional residential buildings in Qing Dynasty. In order to explore how to achieve its traditional building protection and overall village development, this paper sums up the outstanding construction wisdom in the traditional settlement of Xiaodianhe, and at the same time analyzes the limitations and contradictions of new residential areas. The six aspects of the protection and renewal strategieshave been proposed which can provide a theoretical reference for the development and construction of Xiaodianhe village.
