《古文苑》成书新考——兼与王晓鹃教授商榷

A New Textual Research on the Compilation of Guwenyuan

《古文苑》最早著录于郑樵《通志》,南宋多认为是北宋学者孙洙在佛寺中发现的唐人旧编,而后世多认为是由宋人抄撮类书等文献而成。《古文苑》并非一次性编成的静态文本,它有一个连续不断的增补修订过程,其中保存的大量珍稀文献当属唐人旧稿,而3篇石刻文则是宋人在嘉祐年以后新增入的。将《古文苑》的文本分为原始文本和新附文本,有利于更清楚地认识《古文苑》的成书过程。

Guwenyuanis first recorded in Tong Zhi by Zheng Qiao,and most scholars of the Southern Song Dynasty consider it to be the old record of the Tang Dynasty found in a Buddhist temple by Sun Zhu,a scholar of the Northern Song Dynasty.However,the later scholars tend to believe that it is not compiled in the Tang Dynasty,but is copied by scholars of the Song Dynasty from other books.Guwenyuanis not a static text compiled at one go,but is continually supplemented.The many rare texts in it are the original record of the Tang Dynasty while the three stone inscriptions are the supplements of the Song Dynasty.To understand the compilation of Guwenyuan,it is advisable to divide its texts into the original and the supplementary.
