无痛技术应用在内热针治疗初步研究可行性报告

摘要 目的:探讨无痛技术在内热针治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:取2017年2-12月本院收治的内热针治疗患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。两组均给予内热针治疗,对照组采用传统注射0.5%利多卡因局麻,观察组采用地佐辛复合丙泊酚无痛技术治疗,监测和记录麻醉中平均动脉压、心率、脉搏血氧饱和度、呼吸频率和疼痛评分(VAS),比较两组麻醉效果及对疼痛的影响。结果:麻醉前,观察组与对照组生命体征水平、VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组麻醉后生命体征与麻醉前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)观察组麻醉后生命体征水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉后1、6、12 h后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉后并发症发生率为4.00%与对照组3.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内热针治疗患者采用地佐辛复合丙泊酚无痛技术麻醉效果理想,值得推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of painless technique in the treatment of internal heated needle.Method:A total of 200 patients treated with internal heated needle in our hospital from February to December 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers,each group had 100 patients.Two groups were treated by internal heated needle,the control group was used the traditional injection of 0.5% Lidocaine local anesthesia,the observation group was used Propofol combined with Dezocine analgesia treatment.The mean arterial pressure,heart rate,anesthesia,respiratory rate and pulse oxygen saturation(VAS)were recorded.Anesthesia and effects and affects on pain were compared between the two groups.Result:Before anesthesia,the vital signs level and VAS score of the two groups were no significant difference(P〉0.05).The vital signs level of the observation group after anesthesia and before anesthesia were no significant difference(P〈0.05).After anesthesia,the vital signs level of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05);the VAS score after 1,6 and 12 h of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05);the complication rate of the observation group 4.00% and the control group 3.00% were no significantly difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of internal heated needle combined with Dezocine and Propofol anesthesia for painless technique effect is ideal,it is worthy of popularization and application.
