综合疗法治疗复杂肘关节骨折脱位的效果观察

The Effect observation of Comprehensive Therapy on Fracture and Dislocation of Complex Elbow Joint

目的:研究复杂肘关节骨折脱位在手术后的效果。方法:选取2015年8月-2017年8月在本院接受手术治疗的复杂肘关节骨折脱位患者74例,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各37例。对照组采用内固定治疗,治疗组在内固定基础上实施早期康复介入、中医中药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组肘关节功能Mayo评分和疼痛程度VAS评分的改善幅度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后不良反应仅1例少于对照组的6例,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复杂肘关节骨折脱位临床治疗总有效率为91.9%高于对照组的70.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后住院治疗和肘关节生理功能恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂肘关节骨折脱位在手术后早期康复介入,结合中医中药治疗可以显著提高治疗效果。

Objective：To study the effect of fracture and dislocation of complex elbow joint after operation.Method：74 patients of complex elbow joint fracture and dislocation treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation;the treatment group was treated with early rehabilitation intervention and traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of internal fixation.The effects of two groups were compared.Result：The improvement of elbow joint function Mayo score and pain degree VAS score in treatment group were greater than those control group,the differences were statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）.After the operation,there was only 1 case of adverse reaction in treatment group which was less than 6 cases of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of clinical treatment of fracture and dislocation ofcomplex elbow joint in treatment group was 91.9% higher than 70.3% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time of postoperative hospitalization and the recovery of physical function of the elbowjoint were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of complex elbow joint fracture and dislocation in the early postoperative rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
