品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Quality Control Circle Activities in Risk Management of Obstetric Nursing

目的:分析研讨品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用价值。方法:将本院2015年8月-2017年3月期间产科产妇80例纳入讨论中,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。区分两组护理风险管理方式,对照组接受常规风险管理,研究组接受品管圈活动管理,观察两组产科护理状况,如新生儿手圈丢失率,产妇护理满意度、知识掌握率,并比较结果。结果:研究组产妇护理总满意度为90.00%高于对照组的75.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.792 2,P=0.005 2)。研究组新生儿手圈丢失率、病历书写合格率(0,2.50%)均低于对照组(10.00%,17.50%),比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇掌握新生儿喂养、自我照顾、基本症状处理方式状况的评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经分析后建议将品管圈活动应用到产科护理风险管理中,其效果较为理想,可将护理风险降低、护理满意度提升,确保产科护理质量,值得应用和推广。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the application value of quality control circle activities in risk management of obstetric nursing.Method：80 cases of pregnant women in our hospital of Department of obstetrics from August 2015 to March 2017 were included in the discussion,according to random digital table method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Nursing risk management methods of two groups were distinguished,the control group were received routine risk management,the study group were received quality control circle activities management,the obstetric nursing status of two groups was observed,such as the rate of loss of newborn hand ring, the satisfaction of maternal nursing,the rate of knowledge mastery,and the results were compared.Result：The total satisfaction of maternal nursing in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=7.792 2,P= 0.005 2）.The loss rate of hand ring,qualified rate of medical record writing in study group（0,2.50%）were lower than those in control group（10.00%,17.50%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of neonatal feeding,self-care and basic symptom management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：After analysis,it is suggested that quality control circle should be applied to obstetric nursing risk management,which effect is ideal,and can reduce the risk of nursing,improve the degree of satisfaction of nursing,ensure the quality of obstetric nursing,and be worth applying and promoting.
