普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特对小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗效果探究

Therapeutic Effect of Pulmicort Respulas and Montelukast on Pediatric Chronic Cough

目的:研究与分析普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特对小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2017年11月收治的60例小儿慢性咳嗽患儿为对象进行研究,根据不同治疗药物分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用氨溴索进行治疗,观察组采用普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特进行治疗。观察对比两组治疗前后咳嗽频度、咳嗽严重程度等评分以及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组咳嗽频度、咳嗽严重程度等评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组咳嗽频度、咳嗽严重程度等评分与对照组相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%高于对照组66.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特对小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗效果非常显著,既能显著改善患者咳嗽症状,其具有较高的安全性,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective：To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of Pulmicort Respulas and Montelukast on pediatric chronic cough.Method：A total of 60 children with chronic cough in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to the different therapeutic agents,each group had 30 children.The control group was treated with Ambroxol,and the observation group was treated with Pulmicort Respules and Montelukast.The cough frequency,severity degree of cough and treatment effect before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result：Before treatment,there were no significant difference between the two groups in the cough frequency and the severity degree of cough,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the scores of cough frequency and severity degree of cough in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%（28/30）significantly higher than that in the control group 66.67%（20/30）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of Pulmicort Respulas and Montelukast is very effective in treating pediatric chronic cough.It＇s not only can significantly improve cough symptoms in patients,but also has higher safety.Therefore,it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
