摘要
针对连续平压线生产聚氨酯胶黏剂刨花板存在的板坯无初黏性与生产效率降低两大技术难点,采用添加增黏剂与快固化剂的方案。结果表明,通过表层添加增黏剂,可大幅提高板坯初黏性,使板坯动态通过10 cm间隙不散坯,且增黏剂的添加不降低成品板材物理性能;通过快固化剂的添加,可在保持板材性能不降低的条件下有效减小热压因子,提升生产效率。
Initial viscosity and efficiency loss have been the critical limit for formaldehyde-free particleboard manufacture in PU adhesive system. Results indicated that tackifier could enhance the initial tack and help the mat to go through gap for more than 10 cm. Fast curing agent could help to increase production efficiency effectively without sacrificing performance.
