摘要
目的:调查军校医学生情绪调节自我效能感现状及影响因素。方法:采用情绪调节自我效能感量表对某军队医学院的289名学生进行问卷调查。结果:军校医学生情绪调节自我效能感总分为(64.43±8.24),水平偏上。表达积极情绪效能感较高,管理消极情绪效能感较低;军校医学生表达积极、管理消极情绪效能感以及总分均显著高于某地方院校医学生(P<0.05);且表达自豪和积极情绪的自我效能感在性别上存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其他影响因素无显著性差异。结论:军校医学生情绪调节自我效能感总体水平偏上,管理消极情绪效能感偏低,应予以重视。
Objective:To investigate the current situation and influence factors of emotional regulatory self-efficacy of students in military medical academy.Methods:A total of 289 cadet military medical academy students were conducted by questionnaire survey with emotional regulatory self-efficacy scale(ERSES).Results:The score of ERSES in military medical students was(64.43±8.24),which belongs to superior middling.The score of expression of positive emotional efficiency was higher,and the score of management of negative emotions was lower.The military medical students′total scores were significantly higher than that of local medical academy students(P〈0.05).There was a significant difference in gender in the selfefficacy of expressing glory and expressing positive emotions.There were no significant differences in other influencing factors in study.Conclusion:Military medical academy students overall level of the emotional regulation self-efficacy is superior middling.The management of negative emotions is lower,it should be concerned seriously.
