异体脂肪穴位埋藏治疗慢性支气管炎支气管哮喘1500例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutical Effect of 1500 Cases of Chronic Bronchitis & Bronchial Asthma Treated with Acu-points Embedding of Xenogenic Fat

一般资料本文1500例中,男性782例,女性718例。20岁以下223例,21～40岁527例,41～60岁541例,61岁以上209例,年龄最小者6岁,最大者76岁。病程最短2年,最长46年。慢性支气管炎患者1074例,支气管哮喘426例。

The author treated 1500 cases of chronic bron-chitis and bronchial asthma by means of embeddingxenogenie fat in acu-points,and satisfactory effectwas obtained.The method is:routine steriletechnique on Tanzhong of patient A and Yuji ofpatient B,making incisions as long as 1.5 to 2centimetres at both points under local anesthesia,taking out small amount of fat from the points andembedding the fat from Tanzhong into B's Yuji andthat from Yuji into A's Tanzhong.The incisions aresutured and bounded with gauze,and the stitchesare removed one week after.After one month,thecross embedding is performed between Dingchuan andFeishu for the same patients by means of the samemethod as above mentioned.The therapeutical effectis tested 2 months after,as the result,652 caseswere cured(42.1%),406 were markedly effective(27.1%),347 were of effect(23.1%),and 115failed(7.7%).
