摘要
以淀粉为炭化基质,硝酸镍和硝酸钇为金属颗粒前躯体,在氢气保护下进行控温炭化合成出准球形的碳包覆Ni-Y纳米颗粒,通过SEM、HRTEM、Raman和XRD对产物进行表征。结果表明:所制备的产品呈碳层包覆金属的核壳结构,粒径分布比较窄,平均粒径为50nm左右。通过波导法对所制备的碳包覆Ni纳米材料电磁性能进行分析,采用矢量网络仪测试其在8.2~12.4GHz频率范围内电磁参数,并阐述材料结构与电磁性能之关联。
The carbon encapsulated Ni-Y nanomaterials is prepared by controlled carbonization of the mixtures of starch, nickel nitrate and yttrium nitrate in the presence of hydrogen. The results demonstrate that the carbon encapsulated Ni-Y nanomaterials have a core-shell structure with a narrow size distribution about 50nm which is characterized by SEM, HRTEM, Raman and XRD. Furthermore, the electromagnetic property of the carbon encapsulated Ni-Y nanomaterials is analyzed by wave-guide method in the frequency range of 8.2-12.4GHz with vector network analyzer. And the relationship between structure and electromagnetic property of the nanomaterials is explained in detail.
