Preparation and Properties of Non-drying High Temperature Resistant Paint

摘要 以甲基三乙氧基硅烷,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷,苯基三乙氧基硅烷为主要原料合成有机硅中间预聚物,将其与双酚A型环氧树脂缩聚反应制得环氧改性有机硅树脂。按耐高温设计要求选择涂料所需的颜填料及助剂,以低相对分子质量聚酰胺树脂作为固化剂制备涂料。按国家标准进行漆膜的制备,分别对环氧改性有机硅树脂涂料的成膜性、耐冲击性、附着力、以及耐高温性能进行测试。结果表明:改性后的树脂兼备环氧树脂和有机硅树脂的综合性能,漆膜室温条件下5d固化,柔韧性合格,耐冲击性≥50cm,附着力测试为2级,350℃漆膜保持不变。 The organosilicon intermediate prepolymer was synthesized with methyl triethoxysilane, dimethyl diethoxysilane and phenyl triethoxysilane as main raw materials, and then the epoxy modified organosilicon resin was prepared by polycondensation reaction between the intermediate prepolymer and bisphenol A epoxy resin. According to the design requirements of high temperature resistance, the pigments and additives required by the coating were selected, and the low molecular weight polyamide resin was used as the curing agent to prepare the coating. The paint film was prepared according to the national standard. The film formation, impact resistance, adhesion and high temperature resistance of epoxy modified organosilicon coatings were tested. The results showed that the performance of the modified resin had combined the properties both of epoxy resin and silicone resin; after curing for 5 days at room temperature, the paint film's flexibility was qualified, its impact resistance is larger than 50cm, the adhesion test was grade 2, and the paint fihn would remain unchanged at 350℃.
