Investigation on cognition situation of acaroids mite among catering workers in college canteen

目的了解芜湖高校食堂工作人员对粉螨认知状况及其影响因素,为做好普及宣传粉螨防治工作提供科学依据。方法抽取芜湖7所高校:皖南医学院,安徽师范大学,安徽工程大学,安徽芜湖职业技术学院,安徽工程大学机电学院,安徽商贸学院,安徽联合大学的食堂。随机抽样食堂工作人员进行粉螨相关知识问卷调查,分析总知晓率、生物学知晓率、对健康影响的知晓率及其防治知晓率。结果总知晓率37.00%、生物知晓率19.00%、健康影响知晓率24.80%、防治知晓率76.72%。男女不同性别间、不同年龄组间、不同户籍所在地等生物知晓率、防治知晓率及总知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论餐饮工作人员对粉螨认知的知晓率较低,尤其是生物知晓率,与工作所需知识水平不相适应,应加强对该人群粉螨认知健康教育。

Objective To understand the cognition status of acaroids mites and the influence factor among college canteen staff in Wuhu. In order to provide scientific basis for popularizing and propagandizing the control work of mite.Methods Select the canteens of seven colleges in Wuhu as the site of investigation： Wannan Medical College,Anhui Normal University,Anhui Polytechnic University,Wuhu Institute of Technology,Anhui Institute of Information Technology, Anhui Business College of Vocational, Anhui Union University. A questionnaire survey on the knowledge of mite in canteen workers was conducted by random sampling. Analyze the total awareness rate and the awareness rate of biology and the awareness rate of prevention and cure. Results Total awareness rate was 37.00%,the awareness rate of biology was 19.00%,the awareness rate of health effects was 24.80%,the awareness rate of prevention and cure was 76.72%. The distinction of total awareness rate and biology awareness and prevention awareness were statistically significant between different sexes and among different age groups and different birthplace.Conclusions The cognition of acaroids mites in college canteens is very poor,especially biology awareness,which cannot conform to the need in college canteen. It is necessary to strengthen the health education of the knowledge of acaroids mites among the staff of college canteens.
