芜湖市高校大学生艾滋病知识及性行为调查分析

Investigation on AIDS knowledge and sexual behavior of college student in Wuhu City

目的了解芜湖大学生人群的艾滋病知晓情况和性行为情况,以便为相关的卫生部门制定防治措施提供依据。方法本次研究通过横断面调查的方法,总计抽样调查了芜湖市2 400名在校大学生。采用自填式问卷的形式,分别收集研究对象的基本信息、艾滋病的知晓情况、性行为等数据。结果芜湖市高校大学生对艾滋病的知晓程度为73.2%,不同年级、是否接受过宣传教育的学生知晓率不同,经分析发现,差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.001)。大部分人对艾滋病病毒感染者和患者持同情态度,且性行为的发生率为4.97%。结论芜湖市高校大学生对艾滋病目前的流行趋势有较清楚的认识,对艾滋病的主要传播途径、危害性以及预防措施等知识的认知程度较高。但大多数大学生对艾滋病病人或感染者依然存在一定程度的恐惧心理,大学生群体发生性行为比例不高。

Objective To understand the AIDS awareness and sexual behavior of the college students in Wuhu City,so as to provide the basis for drafting prevention and control measures of the relevant health departments.Methods In this study,a cross-sectional survey was conducted to sample 2,400 college students in Wuhu City. In the form of self-filling questionnaire,the basic information of the study subjects,the knowledge of AIDS and the data of sexual behavior were collected.Results In Wuhu City,73.2 percent of the sampled college students know about AIDS. The awareness rates of AIDS knowledge among students in different grades were different,and it was different too among students whether had received the promotion education of AIDS,and the analysis showed that the differences were statistically significant（ P0.001）. Most of the studied students have a sympathetic attitude towards AIDS virus infection and patients,and the incidence of sexual behavior of college students was 4. 97%. Conclusions University students in Wuhu city have a clear understanding of the current epidemic trend of AIDS,and had a clear awareness on the knowledge of transmission of AIDS,harm and prevention measures. However,most college students still have a certain degree of fear of AIDS patients or infected persons,the proportion of experience sex in college students is low.
