摘要
无刷直流电动机的驱动和保护至关重要。介绍无刷电机工作原理,针对其母线电压泵升和过流等问题提出了一种八功率管式改进拓扑结构,并对该拓扑结构进行了驱动和保护策略研究设计,在此基础上,对策略进行了验证,经试验,驱动和保护时序正确,可实现对无刷直流电机故障状态下的有效保护,提高了系统的可靠性,为永磁电机控制提供了一种控制思路。
The drive and protection of brushless DC motor is critical. This paper introducesd the working principle of the brushless DC motor and put forward an improved topology,eight power tubes inverter,to solve the bus pump-up voltage and over-current problems. The drive and protection strategies of the topology were researched and designed and verified. Through the test,it was proved that the driving and protecting timing was correct and brushless DC motor could be effectively protected under fault condition. This improved the reliability of the system,and provided a train of thought for the control of permanent magnet motor.
