Research on problems and protection countermeasures of utilization of water resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带战略实施中,水资源的地位尤为重要,因水资源利用产生的问题亦引起广泛关注。根据长江大保护的形势与要求,从水资源供需矛盾、污染物排放、水生态系统保护、管理体制机制等4个方面理清长江经济带水资源利用的现状和问题,针对性地提出优化产业布局、加强监督考核、推进水生态保护与修复、创新协作机制4个方面的对策措施,为长江经济带绿色可持续发展提供支撑与保障。

With the implementation of the strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the status of water resources as a key factor in the construction of economic belts is particularly important. The problems arising from the use of water resources have also attracted widespread attention. Based on the situation and requirements of the protection of the Yangtze River, this article clarifies the status quo and problems of the utilization of water resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the aspects of water supply and demand contradiction, pollutant discharge, water ecosystem protection, and management system mechanism, and proposes targeted optimization. Industrial layout, strengthening of supervision and assessment, promotion of ecological protection and rehabilitation of water ecosystems, and innovation and coordination mechanisms are four aspects of countermeasures that provide support and guarantee for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
