煤炭型城市推广合同节水管理的前景——以山西省晋城市为例

Prospect of popularizing contract-based water saving management in coal cities: a case study of Jincheng City in Shanxi Province

合同节水管理的提出开创了社会资本进入节水服务领域的新渠道,为煤炭型城市解决节水难题提供了一条新的途径。结合当前合同节水管理发展现状,以山西省晋城市为例,针对煤炭型城市推广合同节水管理的有利因素和不利因素进行分析,为合同节水管理在煤炭型城市的推广提供参考。

Contract-based water saving management provides a new channel for private capital entering into the field of water saving services and also a new approach of solving water shortage problems in coal cities. With consideration of current situation of contract-based water saving management and taking Jincheng City of Shanxi Province as an example, analysis is made on the favorable and unfavorable factors related to contract-based water saving management in coal cities, which shall provide valuable experiences to the similar areas.
