摘要
近年,山东胶东地区出现严重的资源性水危机,城市和工业供水必须通过胶东调水工程外调黄河水和长江水予以解决。利用现有引黄济青渠道向胶东地区最大限度地输送水源缓解旱情的同时,高水位输水运行引发了诸如淹没子槽两岸农田等一系列新问题。为充分解决这些矛盾,通过长期的科学论证,结合胶东调水工程实际,在小清河子槽输水段末端增建一处临时泵站,经过一年多的输水运行实践,效果显著。
In recent years, eastern part of Shandong Province has suffering from severe water shortage, and water suppled to cities and industries has to be diverted from the Yellow River and the Yangtze River through diverting schemes. Moreover, a series of problems are raised, such as submerge of farmlands along the both sides of pilot channel when full-capacity water conveyance occurs during water diverted from the Yellow River to Qingdao to alleviate drought. Thanks to scientific experiments and evaluation of water diversion scheme, a temperate pumping station w as added at the end of Xiaoqinghe pilot channel. After one year’s operation, it has obtained remarkable results.
