公安消防部队基层党委既是基层单位集中统一领导的核心,也是上级党委决策部署得以落实的执行终端。新时代,加强公安消防部队基层党委建设,要瞄准党建工作科学化以加强党委班子建设,推进实战化训练以加强部队战斗力,加快消防工作社会化以促进辖区消防安全水平提升,落实后勤保障制度化以确保消防经费科学安排,抓好作风建设常态化以树立廉政消防好形象。

The grass-roots party committees of the firefighting forces are the core of both the centralized and unified leadership of the grass-roots units and the terminals to implement the deployment decision made by the higher party committees. To strengthen the construction of grass-roots party committees in the firefighting force in the new era,efforts must be made to strengthen the leadership of party committees by improving the scientific level of the party construction,to enhance the combat effectiveness of the firefighting force by promoting practical combat training,to improve the fire safety level by accelerating the socialization of fire control,to ensure scientific arrangements for the fire prevention funds by institutionalizing logistical support,to establish a good image of clean government by having ethics education on a regular basis.
