摘要
辅导员职业倦怠情况将对办学成效、人才培养质量等产生一定影响。对福州三所新建本科院校辅导员进行问卷调查,分析新建本科院校辅导员职业倦怠问题。研究表明:受调查辅导员在情绪衰竭和低成就倾向方面处于中等偏高的水平,性别、从业年限、职称对于辅导员的职业倦怠倾向影响存在显著差异,辅导员这一职业特性、学校对思想教育工作和对辅导员的重视程度以及辅导员的社会地位和得到的社会支持都将影响其职业倦怠倾向。因此,应切实提高辅导员队伍、学校管理者及社会各界对辅导员职业倦怠所带来消级影响的认识;提升辅导员对自己所从事思政工作的认同感;畅通辅导员的职业生涯途径,提供培训和深造计划,解决辅导员在职务晋升、职称评聘等方面的困扰,切实帮助辅导员解决实际困难以降低其职业倦怠感。
Counselors' job burnout behavior has become an increasingly serious problem in new college,gratifying results.We performed an empirical through on-site questionnaire surveys in three new college counselors in Fuzhou to study the current situation and factors influencing job burnout behavior of new college counselors.The results indicate that counselors show a moderate tendency in the aspect of emotional exhaustion and low achievement tendency,reflects the importance of relieve counselors' job burnout.Demographic variables have effect on gender,working years and titles.The class features,school-based,the social features and operational have positive effects on counselors' job burnout behavior,showing the impact of profession factors,school-based and social position factors on counselors' job burnout behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to raise awareness of counselors' job burnout behavior, increases sense of identification for their professional identity in different levels of counselors,and counselors should be resolved in career path,person-on-the job to further study,title evaluation.
