心理护理对脑梗死患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on mental state and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨心理护理对脑梗死患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取本院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗与基础护理,观察组在对照组的护理基础上给予心理护理干预,比较2组的心理状态、遵医行为、疾病应对方式以及生活质量。结果观察组疾病应对评分高于对照组(P<0.05),回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05),遵医行为高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院时在角色受限、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力等方面的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合心理护理干预能帮助脑梗死患者树立起疾病康复的心理状态,改善治疗期间的生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing on mental status and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method. The control group was given routine treatment and basic nursing,while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological state,compliancebehavior,quality of life and disease coping style of two groups were compared. Results The observation group had higher scores of disease coping,lower avoidance and yield scores as well as scores of anxiety and depression,and higher compliance behavior than the control group. The observation group had higher quality of life in terms of role limitation,physical pain,general health,vitality than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can psychological rehabilitation of cerebral infarction and improve quality of life during treatment.
