经脐单孔腹腔镜在妇科良性病变手术中的护理

Nursing of transumbilical single hole laparoscopy in benign lesion surgery in gynecological department

目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术在妇科良性病变手术中的护理。方法选取本院行腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科良性病变患者101例,随机将其分为单孔组50例和传统组51例。比较分析2组手术时间、术中出血、住院时间、术后疼痛、护理满意度等指标,总结单孔腹腔镜手术的术前、术中、术后护理方法。结果异位妊娠单孔组的手术时间长于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中出血量2组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);子宫肌瘤单孔组住院时间少于传统组,2组术后疼痛程度比较单孔组优于传统组;单孔组术后护理满意率高于传统组。结论为了配合单孔腹腔镜新技术的开展,手术室护士要做好充分术前准备,熟悉手术步骤,术中配合和护理精准到位,术后做好监护和预防措施,才能保证手术顺利完成,促进术后康复,为患者提供更优质满意的服务。

Objective To discuss nursing of transumbilical single hole laparoscopy in benign lesion surgery in gynecological department. Methods A total of 101 patients with benign gynecologic diseases treated by laparoscopy were randomly divided into single hole group（ n = 50） and traditional group（ n = 51）. Operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospital time,postoperative pain,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing methods of single hole laparoscopic operation were summarized. Results The operation time of the single hole group of ectopic pregnancy was longer than that of the traditional group（ P〈0. 05）,but no significant difference was seen in amount of bleeding in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The single hole group of myoma of uterus had less hospitalization time than the traditional group. Single hole group had less postoperative pain,and higher postoperative nursing satisfaction than the traditional group. Conclusion In order to keep pace with the new technique of single hole laparoscopy,the nurses should fully prepare before operation,familiar with the procedure of operation,precisely cooperate and provide favorable nursing in the operation,the closely monitor and prevent complications after the operation,so as to ensure the successful completion of the operation,promote the rehabilitation after the operation,and provide better and satisfactory service for the patients.
