产科助产实施心理护理促进自然分娩中的效果分析

Effect of psychological nursing on promotion of natural childbirth in obstetric midwifery

目的分析产科助产实施心理护理促进自然分娩的效果。方法选取本院产科进行分娩的产妇144例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规分娩护理,研究组在常规分娩护理的基础上结合心理护理干预。观察2组产妇产程时间、分娩出血量、新生儿Apgar评分情况、疼痛分级差异情况。结果研究组产妇第一产程时间、第二产程时间及第三产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产妇产后阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组Ⅱ级疼痛占比55.4%,高于对照组12.9%,Ⅲ级疼痛占比23%,略低于对照组25.7%,Ⅳ级疼痛占比21.6%,低于对照组61.4%,研究组疼痛水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产科助产实施心理护理能够提高自然分娩的质量,减轻分娩时的疼痛,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on promotion of natural childbirth in obstetric midwifery. Methods A total of 144 pregnant women in our hospital were selected as research subjects,and were random Ly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine childbirth nursing,and the study group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine childbirth nursing.The duration of labor,delivery volume,neonatal Apgar score and pain grade in two groups were observed. Results The study group had shorter the first,second,and third stage of labor than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The neonatal Apgar scores was significantly higher than that of the control group [（ 8. 21 ± 1. 05） vs.（ 7. 45 ± 1. 14）,P〈0. 05）. Maternal pain classification of two groups showed that the study group had higher proportion of patients with grade Ⅱthan the control group（ 55. 4% vs. 12. 9%）,slightly lower proportion of patients with Ⅲ grade（ 23%vs. 25. 7%）,and lower proportion with Ⅳ pain（ 21. 6% vs. 61. 4%）,so the pain levels in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing in obstetric midwifery can improve quality of natural childbirth and relieve pain during childbirth,so it is worthy of clinical application.
