综合护理配合亚低温疗法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的效果分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing and hypothermia therapy in the treatment of neonatal hypoxia ischemic brain disease

目的探讨综合护理配合亚低温疗法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效。方法选取36例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿作为研究对象,按入院时间顺序将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各18例。2组患儿均接受亚低温疗法,对照组采用常规一般护理,观察组采用综合护理,记录并比较2组护理疗效及患儿并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率88.88%显著高于对照组55.55%(P<0.05);观察组住院时间及治疗费用显著少于对照组(P<0.05);2组均以低体温、硬肿症、心动过缓、凝血功能异常、低血压为主要并发症,但2组患儿间并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理配合亚低温疗法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的临床疗效佳,可有效改善患儿临床症状,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated nursing and hypothermia therapy in the treatment of neonatal hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy（ HIE）. Methods Thirty-six infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to order of admission,with 18 cases per group. Children of both groups were treated with hypothermia therapy,and the control group used routine care,and observation group was treated with comprehensive care. The clinical outcomes of two groups and children＇s complications were recorded and compared. Results The clinical total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 88. 88% vs. 55. 55%,P〈0. 05）.The treatment spending and hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower,and less than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The complications of two groups were mainly low temperature,scleredema,bradycardia and blood coagulation dysfunction,low blood pressure,but there were no significant difference in these complications（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with hypothermia therapy for children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has better clinical curative effect,and it can effectively improve clinical symptoms,so it is worth of clinical promotion.
