摘要
研制了一种高速重载滚动轴承润滑脂。通过对基础油,稠化剂和添加剂的考察,确定了高速重载滚动轴承润滑脂由(聚α-烯烃+矿物油)调合基础油,复合铝皂稠化剂,10.0%的聚异丁烯,2.0%的有机金属盐抗磨极压剂,3.0%的含磷抗磨极压剂,3.0%的含硫抗磨极压剂,3.0%的噻二唑衍生物抗磨极压剂,2.0%的磺酸盐和1.0%的苯三唑组成。研制的高速重载滚动轴承润滑脂的烧结负荷为3924 N,Falex连续负载18 495 N,氧化压力降(99℃,100 h)0.02 MPa,滴点281℃,相似黏度(-15℃,10 s^(-1))1172 Pa·s,水淋流失量(79℃,60 min)3.0%,抗水喷雾试验12.0%,达到了研制目标。
A high-speed and heavy-duty rolling bearing grease was developed.Through inspection of the base oil,thickener and additives,it was determined that high-speed and heavy-duty rolling bearing grease consisted of(polyalphaolefins+mineral oil)blended base oils,complex aluminum soap thickeners,10.0%polyisobutylene,2.0%of organic metal salt anti-wearextreme pressure additive,3.0%of phosphorus-containing anti-wearextreme pressure additive,3.0%of sulfur-containing anti-wearextreme pressure additive,3.0%of thiadiazole derivatives anti-wearextreme pressure additive,2.0%sulfonate and 1.0%benzotriazole.The four-ball weld load of the grease was 3924 N,Falex continuous load was 18 495 N,oxidation stability pressure lose was 0.02 MPa,dropping point was 281℃,similar viscosity(-15℃,10 s^-1)was 1172 Pa·s,water washout test(79℃,60 min)was3.0%,water spray off test was 12.0%.The obtained grease had reached the preset objectives.
