石油专用管储存润滑脂防锈性能考察

Study on Anti-rust Performance of Storage Grease for Petroleum Special Pipes

石油专用管多为露天储存,储存环境恶劣,管头螺纹极易被锈蚀,需要储存润滑脂进行防护。目前石油专用管储存润滑脂多为进口产品,价格昂贵。用实验室评价,模拟试验和实际应用等方法考察了国产石油专用管储存润滑脂的防锈性能。国产石油专用管储存润滑脂的防锈性能达到进口产品的水平,可以替代进口产品使用,能满足石油专用管的防护要求,有效地解决了石油专用管螺纹表面的锈蚀问题。

The petroleum special pipes were mostly stored in the open air and the storage environment was poor,and the thread of the pipe head was easily rusted.So it was necessary to storage greases for protection.At present,petroleum special pipes storage greases were mostly imported products and were expensive.The anti-rust performance of storage greases in domestic petroleum special pipes were investigated by using laboratory evaluations,simulation tests and practical applications.The anti-rust performance of domestic petroleum special pipe storage grease reached the level of imported products and could be used as an alternative to imported products.It could meet the protection requirements of petroleumspecial pipes and effectively solve the problem of corrosion on the surface of petroleum special pipes threads.
