合成齿轮油在“和谐号”电力机车上的应用考察

Applicable Investigation of Synthetic Gear Oil on “Harmony” Electric Locomotive

高速铁路电力机车齿轮箱负荷重,运行环境温度变化大,直接关系到机车运行的可靠性,因此对齿轮油的性能要求非常苛刻。"和谐号"作为中国高速铁路的主要机车被广泛使用,但所用的齿轮油却被国外产品占领。为了适应中国铁路快速发展的需要,研制了一种75W-90聚α-烯烃齿轮油(VT齿轮油)并获得了世界主要铁路机车齿轮箱制造商的认可。从铁元素磨损量,硫元素含量变化,酸值变化及运动黏度变化等方面考察了VT齿轮油在"和谐号"电力机车上的应用情况。150 Mm行车试验表明,VT齿轮油具良好的抗磨性能和抗磨极压剂保持性能,酸值和运动黏度变化较小,使用性能与进口齿轮油相当。

Due to the heavy load and wide difference of operating environment temperature of the high speed railway electric locomotive gearbox,the performance requirements for gear oil which was directly related to operation reliability was very harsh.As the main locomotive of China＇s high-speed railway ＂Harmony＂ was widely used,but the used gear oil was occupied by foreign brand products.In order to adapt to the rapid development of China railway,a 75 W-90 grade poly-olefin gear oil（VT gear oil） was developed by Sinopec lubricant company and approved by the world＇s major manufacturers of the railway locomotive gearbox.The application of VT gear oil in the ＂harmony＂ electric locomotive was investigated from the change of iron wear and sulfur content,also the change of acid value and viscosity.The 150 Mm field test showed that VT gear oil had good abrasion resistance performance and could maintain the content of anti-wear agent at a reasonable range,and had small change in the acid value and kinematic viscosity.So its performance was equivalent to imported gear oil.
