极致护理在COPD合并急性呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中的应用

Application of Extreme Nursing in Patients with Mechanical Ventilation for COPD Combined with Acute Respiratory Failure

目的:探讨极致护理在COPD合并急性呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年5月本院收治的COPD合并急性呼吸衰竭患者86例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各43例。其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予极致护理,比较两组患者的护理质量、生活质量评分及患者对护理满意度。结果:观察组护患纠纷、院内压疮及跌倒坠床发生率均明显低于对照组,且观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SGRQ评分的三个部分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.67%,明显高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对COPD合并急性呼吸衰竭机械通气患者采用极致护理,可有效降低不良事件发生风险,提高患者满意度,有利于患者快速康复。

Objective：To explore the application effect of extreme nursing in patients with mechanical ventilation for COPD combined with acute respiratory failure.Method：A total of 86 cases of COPD combined with acute respiratory failure in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given extreme nursing.The nursing quality,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of nursing disputes,hospital pressure sore and falling bed in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The three parts of SGRQ score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 74.42% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Extreme nursing for patients with COPD combined with acute respiratory failure can effectively reduce the risk of adverse events,improve patient＇s satisfaction,and facilitate the rapid recovery of patients.
