早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者的临床护理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Model in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析研讨早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者的临床护理中的应用效果。方法:随机从本院2015年8月-2017年4月收治的脑梗死患者中,抽取80例纳入讨论中,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受早期康复护理模式,观察比较两组患者的护理状况,如神经功能缺损程度、C反应蛋白含量、SF-36评分、护理满意度。结果:研究组总满意度为92.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者生活质量评分对比,包含社会功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、生活活力、一般健康、生理功能,研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的NIHSS评分、C反应蛋白对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的NIHSS评分、C反应蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理模式,可明显改善其康复状况,提高肢体和语言功能,进而改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing model in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Method：A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction who accepted treatments in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2017 were randomly selected and included in the discussion.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,the study group was received early rehabilitation nursing mode.The nursing status of the two groups were observed and compared,such as the degree of neurological deficit,the content of C reactive protein,SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction.Result：The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The quality of life scores included social function,physical pain,role physical,mental health,emotional function,vitality of life,general health,physiological function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before nursing,there were no significant differences in NIHSS scores and C reactive protein between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after nursing,the NIHSS scores and C reactive protein in the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of early rehabilitation nursing model in patients with cerebral infarction can obviously improve the rehabilitation status,improve the function of limb and language,and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.
