封闭治疗联合中药外敷治疗颞颌关节紊乱病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Block Therapy combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese medicine in Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorder

目的:分析封闭治疗联合中药外敷在治疗颞颌关节紊乱病中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年6月-2016年5月本院收治的颞颌关节紊乱病患者中94例,根据治疗方法将其分为研究组(封闭治疗+中药外敷)和对照组(封闭治疗),各47例。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应,治疗后的生活质量及舒适度评分,治疗前后的疼痛指数、Helkimo功能障碍指数、开口度。结果:研究组总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.045,P=0.025);治疗后,研究组生活质量、舒适度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组疼痛指数评分、Helkimo功能障碍指数、开口度均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:封闭联合中药外敷治疗颞颌关节紊乱病疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the application effect of closed therapy combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder.Method：A total of 94 patients with temporomandibular joint disorder from June 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into study group（closed therapy combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine） and control group（closed therapy）,47 cases in each group.The clinical effects and adverse reactions,the quality of life and comfort after treatment,the pain index score,Helkimo dysfunction index and opening index before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of study group was 95.74%,higher than 80.85% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2=5.045,P=0.025）.After treatment,the quality of life and comfort score of study group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the pain index score,Helkimo dysfunction index and opening index of study group were all better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of closed therapy combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on temporomandibular joint disorder is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing.
