高压氧联合早期康复治疗对脑卒中后运动功能的影响

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Early Rehabilitation Therapy on Motor Function after Stroke

目的:研究与分析高压氧联合早期康复治疗对脑卒中后运动功能的影响。方法:选取本院2015年9月-2017年9月收治的脑卒中患者78例为研究对象,利用电脑将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采取常规治疗和早期康复训练,基于此观察组采取高压氧治疗。比较分析两组治疗前后NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、FMA评分变化及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、FMA评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、FMA评分与对照组相比改善显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为92.31%(36/39),明显高于对照组的76.92%(30/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者采取高压氧联合早期康复治疗效果显著,即可显著改善患者神经功能及运动功能,还能提升患者日常生活能力,因此值得应用推广。

Objective：To study and analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with early rehabilitation therapy on motor function after stroke.Method：A total of 78 stroke patients treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer random division,they were divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was taken conventional treatment and early rehabilitation training.In addition,the observation group was taken hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The changes of NIHSS score,Barthel index and FMA score before and after treatment and the clinical curative effect were compared and analyzed.Result：There were no significant differences in NIHSS score,Barthel index and FMA score between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,NIHSS score,Barthel index and FMA score in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%（36/39）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.92%（30/39）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The stroke patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with early rehabilitation have a significant effect,which can significantly improve the neurological function and motor function of patients and enhance their daily living ability.Therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion.
