实脾益肝汤治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shipi Yigan Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B(Spleen Deficiency and Liver Depression)

目的:探索与分析运用实脾益肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎(脾虚肝郁型)患者的临床疗效及安全性,为慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床治疗提供有效的理论指导。方法:将本院2015年3月-2017年6月接收并确诊的80例慢性乙型肝炎症候属脾虚肝郁型的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例;对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上,加予实脾益肝汤进行口服治疗,治疗3个月后进行临床观察及统计学处理,比较与分析两组临床疗效及安全性;对两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标变化情况进行统计分析。结果:治疗组患者的各项肝功能指标均优于对照组,治疗效果更好,不良反应少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用实脾益肝汤治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性乙型肝炎患者,临床效果显著,有利于促进患者康复。

Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Shipi Yigan Decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B（spleen deficiency and liver depression）,providing effective theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method：From March 2015 to June 2017,80 patients with chronic hepatitis B（spleen deficiency and liver depression） were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random number,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine, on the basis of western medicine treatment the treatment group was given Shipi Yigan Decoction for oral,after three months of treatment the clinical efficacy and safety of two group were compared.Before and after treatment,liver function index changes were analyzed.Result：The liver function indexes of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group,the treatment group had better effect,less adverse reaction（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chronic hepatitis B（spleen deficiency and liver depression） treated with Spleen Yigan Decoction has a significant clinical effect,can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
