成人正畸治疗的应用及对生活质量影响分析

Application of Adult Orthodontic Treatment and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:研究与分析成人正畸治疗的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院收治的100例正畸治疗复诊成人患者为对象进行研究。回顾性分析其全部的临床资料,所有患者均采用口"口腔健康状况对日常行为影响量表"进行测评,观察分析成人正畸治疗对患者生活质量的影响。结果:经测评,成人患者日常生活中,矫治初期对口腔卫生与进食的影响较为显著,较长疗程对患者学习、工作影响较大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄≤25岁患者认为矫治器佩戴后对日常微笑具有更显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性认为正畸治疗对社会交往具有更显著影响,女性认为正畸治疗对口腔清洁具有更显著影响,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用正畸治疗对成人患者生活质量影响较大,且疗程较长、矫治初期表现较为明显,而不同年龄、性别的患者日常生活受到正畸治疗的影响也有所不同。

Objective：To study and analyze the application of adult orthodontic treatment and its influence on quality of life.Method：A total of 100 orthodontic patients treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were evaluated with oral health impact on daily living scale,and the effects of adult orthodontic treatment on quality of life were observed and analyzed.Result：In the daily life of adult patients,the effects of orthodontic treatment on the oral hygiene and eating at the treatment for early were significant,the effects of orthodontic treatment on study and work of patients at the long course of treatment were significant（P〈0.05）.The effect of orthodontic treatment on social communication in male patients was significant,while the effect of orthodontic treatment on oral hygiene in female patients was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Orthodontic treatment has a significant effect on the quality of life of adult patients,and the course of treatment is longer,the initial performance of orthodontic treatment is more obvious,while the effects of orthodontic treatment in daily life of patients of different ages and genders are also different.
