摘要
根据克林贝格C50铣齿机的加工原理,在CATIA环境中建立了一对37/11速比准双曲面齿轮的加工仿真模型。其中小齿轮采用展成法、大齿轮采用成形法模拟加工。运用CATIA软件的布尔运算功能,通过宏文件的录制和编辑,实现了切齿加工仿真。
Based on the principle of Klingelnberg C50 gear cutting machine,the cutting simulation model of a spiral bevel gear set with37/11 ratio was established in CATIA software. Generating method was used in the cutting process of the pinion,and forming method was used in the process of the wheel. Boolean operation and macro programs were used to realize the machining simulation.
