摘要
从动盘是汽车离合器的关键零件,其扭转耐久性能对汽车动力传输的可靠性起着至关重要的作用。设计试验台架,按实车状态安装从动盘,通过角度扭矩传感器实时监控扭转角度和加载的扭矩,确保对从动盘扭转耐久性能的充分验证;采用摇杆机构对多个从动盘同时进行扭转耐久试验,提高了试验效率。
Driven plate is a key part in automobile clutch,its endurance torsion reliability is very import for automobile power transmission. A test bench was designed. In the test bench,driven plates were installed in accordance with real vehicle state,and the torsion angles and loaded torques were real time monitored by sensors,ensuring driven plates were fully validated; In order to improve efficiency,rocker mechanism was used so that several driven plates could be simultaneously tested.
