摘要
某车型适配的燃油泵在工作时发出尖锐噪声。经噪声测试,尖锐噪声为泵芯叶轮工作时产生的流体动力噪声,4 400Hz频段内噪声强度明显高于其他频段。降低油泵流体动力噪声可以通过调整叶轮结构实现,调整了燃油泵叶片间距并增加了压力平衡孔。经过噪声频谱测试,验证该措施可以有效降低油泵在4 400 Hz频段内的噪声强度,改善声音品质。
The fuel pump applied in a vehicle made a sharp noise at work. The sharp noise was determined as the fluid dynamic noise generated during the working of the impeller through noise test. The noise intensity in the 4 400 Hz frequency band was significantly higher than that of in other frequency bands. Reducing the fluid dynamic noise of fuel pump could be realized by adjusting the impeller structure. The fuel pump blade spacing was adjusted and the pressure balance holes were increased. The noise spectrum test verifies by using this measure,the noise intensity of the fuel pump in the 4 400 Hz frequency band is reduced effectively and the sound quality is improved.
