基于频谱分析的纯电动客车转向噪声诊断

摘要 对某纯电动客车的电动液压助力转向系统工作时的噪声进行分析。经手持式声压计测试,初步锁定噪声源;用声压传感器对噪声源进行噪声数据采集,并基于噪声数据的频谱分析结果给出了合理的降噪方案。 The working noise of a pure electric passenger car’s electric hydraulic power steering system was analyzed. Though hand-held sound pressure meter test,the noise source was initially locked. The sound pressure sensor was used to collect the noise data from the noise source,and a reasonable noise reduction scheme was given based on the frequency spectrum analysis results of the noise data.
