舒适护理应用于内镜下结肠息肉切除术中的效果分析

The effect of comfort nursing in endoscopic colon polypectomy

目的分析和评价舒适护理在内镜下结肠息肉切除术中的应用效果,为内镜治疗结肠息肉的护理配合积累临床经验。方法选取2014年1月~2015年3月本院消化内科收治的50例结肠息肉患者,均行内镜下结肠息肉切除术,将所有患者随机分配为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围手术期舒适护理,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果两组比较,观察组对内镜下结肠息肉切除术及相关知识的认知程度较高,完全知晓率为84.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(X^2=8.758,P<0.05);观察组舒适患者比例为96.0%,明显高于对照组的68.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.553,P<0.05)。结论在内镜下结肠息肉切除术围手术期应用舒适护理,能够有效提高患者疾病知晓程度及住院舒适度,促进护理质量获得显著提升。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application of comfort care in endoscopic colon polypectomy and to accumulate clinical experience for endoscopic treatment of colon polyps. Methods A total of 50 patients with colonic polyps admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled. Endoscopic colon polypectomy was performed. All patients were randomly assigned to 25 patients in the observation group and the control group, and the control group. Routine care was performed. The observation group performed perioperative comfort care and the effects of the care in both groups were compared. Results Compared with the two groups, the observation group had higher awareness of endoscopic colon polypectomy and related knowledge, and the total awareness rate was 84.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（60.0%）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=8.758, P〈0.05）; the proportion of comfortable patients in the observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than the 68.0% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=4.553, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period of colon polypectomy can effectively increase the degree of disease awareness and hospitalization comfort, and promote the quality of care.
