噻托溴铵+布地奈德对支气管哮喘患者FeNO、肺功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide on FeNO and lung function in patients with bronchial asthma

摘要 目的探讨噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效及对呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平和肺功能的影响。方法选择2016年3月~2017年6月期间宜春市人民医院收治的支气管哮喘患者90例为研究对象。采用随机数字分组法将患者分为对照A组、对照B组、研究C组,各30例。所有患者均给予吸氧、抗感染等基本性治疗,对照A组给予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂,对照B组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,研究C组给予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察3组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后FeNO水平、以及FVC、FEV_1、FEV_1%pre等肺功能情况。结果研究C组患者治疗后有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照A组(66.67%)、对照B组(70.00%),比较结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究C组治疗后FeNO水平显著低于对照A组、对照B组,FVC、FEV_1、FEV_1%pre均显著高于对照A组、对照B组,比较结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂能够有效降低支气管哮喘患者呼出FeNO水平、改善肺功能情况,其临床疗效显著,在支气管哮喘的临床治疗中具有重要的推广、应用价值。 Objective To investigate the seconds Joe bromide powder inhaler joint budesonide formoterol powder inhalant in patients with bronchial asthma clinical efficacy and the breath of nitric oxide(FeNO) levels and pulmonary function. Methods 90 cases of bronchial asthma patients admitted to yichun people's hospital from march 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups:control A, control B, group C, and 30 patients in each group. All patients were given oxygen, resistance to infection, such as fundamental treatment,control group was given A thiamethoxam bromide powder inhaler, control group B given budesonide formoterol powder inhalant, research group C give thiamethoxam Joe bromide powder inhaler joint budesonide formoterol powder inhalant therapy, to observe the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients, FeNO level before and after the treatment, and FVC, FEV1, FEV1% pre lung function. Results The effective rate(93.33%) in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(66.67%) and group B(70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Research group C FeNO after treatment were significantly lower than control group A and control group B, FVC, FEV1, FEV1% pre were significantly higher than that of control group A and control group B, comparison results statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Thiamethoxam Joe bromide powder inhaler joint budesonide formoterol powder inhalant can effectively reduce the bronchial asthma patients exhaled FeNO level, improve lung function, its clinical curative effect is distinct, has an important in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma, application and dissemination value.
