护理干预对溃疡性角膜炎治疗效果及患者心理状况的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Ulcerative Keratitis and Patient Psychological Status

目的就护理干预对溃疡性角膜炎治疗效果及患者心理状况的影响进行分析与探讨。方法随机抽取本院2016年1月～2017年2月期间收治的溃疡性角膜炎患者80例,分别将其分为观察组、对照组,并给予不同护理方式。其中对照组行常规护理,观察组行全面护理干预,记录两组患者总有效率、护理满意度以及心理状况等并进行比较。结果通过比较,观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组临床治疗总有效率62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在护理满意度比较上,观察组95.00%显著优于对照组70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且在心理状况改善情况上,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究结果得知,给予溃疡性角膜炎患者全面护理干预,有效提高患者临床总有效率,并且改善患者临床状况,缓解心理压力,提高护理满意度,促进患者预后恢复。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of ulcerative keratitis and the psychological status of patients. Methods 80 patients with ulcerative keratitis treated by the hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group, and different nursing methods were given. In the control group, routine nursing was performed, and comprehensive nursing intervention was observed in the observation group, and the total efficiency, nursing satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results By comparison, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than the total effective rate of 62.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups, the observation group 95.00% was significantly better than the control group of 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And on the psychological condition to improve the situation, the observation group self-evaluation of anxiety scale（SAS） and depression self rating scale（SDS） score were significantly lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the research results show that comprehensive nursing intervention for ulcerative keratitis patients, improve the clinical total effective rate, and improve clinical, alleviate psychological pressure, improve nursing satisfaction, promote the patient prognosis.
