枸椽酸咖啡因应用在新生儿呼吸暂停对发作时间及血气指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析枸椽酸咖啡因应用在新生儿呼吸暂停对发作时间及血气指标的影响。方法选择本院2015年10月~2017年10月接收的确诊属于原发性呼吸暂停80例患儿资料,分研究组(40例),对照组(40例);对照组行氨茶碱实施治疗,研究组为枸椽酸咖啡因治疗,比较两组发作时间、血气指标。结果研究组发作的持续时间为(9.01±1.10)s比对照组(14.92±2.20)s短(P<0.001);PaCO_2在用药72 h后研究组(30.05±5.01)mmHg比对照组(49.01±4.00)mmHg低(P<0.001);总疗效比对,对照组为72.50%(29/40)相比研究组95.00%(38/40)低(P<0.01)。结论枸椽酸咖啡因应用于新生儿呼吸暂停治疗中,总疗效佳,能缩短发作时间。 Objective To analyze the effect of caffeine citrate on the onset time and blood gas index in neonates with apnea. Methods The data of 80 children with primary apnea received from our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into study group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group received aminophylline treatment, the study group for citrate citrate treatment, compared the onset time of two groups, blood gas indicators. Results The duration of attack in study group was(9.01 ± 1.10)s, shorter than that in control group(14.92±2.20)s(P〈0.001). PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(30.05±5.01)mmHg and(49.01±4.00)mmHg after 72 h(P〈0.001). The total effective rate was 72.50%(29/40) in the control group compared with 95.00%(38/40) in the study group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Caffeine citrate applied in the treatment of neonatal apnea, the total curative effect, can shorten the attack time.
