“微信平台”在新生儿监护病房护理管理中的应用

Application of WeChat platform in nursing management of neonatal intensive care unit

目的探讨微信传达信息在新生儿病房护理管理中的效果。方法通过比较实施微信平台沟通前(2016年7月~2016年12月)后(2017年1月~2017年6月)两个时间段内本院新生儿监护病房60名护士的信息传递时间、信息接收率、护理质量和护理考核成绩,评价实施微信平台沟通的效果。结果微信平台建立后,其信息传达时间、信息接收率均优于实施前(t=32.79,-8.46,-3.187;P<0.01);护理质量指标:基础护理、重症护理、病区管理、消毒隔离、安全管理、护理文书实施前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理考核成绩三基理论知识、三基技能操作、急救技能优秀率均高于实施前且差异有统计学意义(c2=22.53、18.90、17.86;P<0.01)。结论微信平台的使用缩短了信息传达时间,提高了信息接收率和知晓率,从而进一步提高了护理及教学质量,且微信沟通方便、快捷、准确,适合护理管理的广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the wechat conveying information effects in neonatal wards nursing management. Methods Before this research implementation of wechat communication platform（July 2016 to December 2016） and communication（from January 2017 to June 2017） two period information time, information receiving rate and quality of care, nursing assessment result comparison, the effect of the evaluation after implementation. Results After the wechat platform was established, its information transmission time and information receiving rate were all better than before（t=32.79,-8.46,-3.187, P〈0.01）; Nursing quality indicators： basic care, intensive care, disinfection and isolation, ward management, security management, nursing document comparison before and after the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, nursing assessment result sanki theory knowledge, sanki operation, first aid skills proficiency are higher than before the implementation and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=22.53, 18.90, 17.86; P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wechat platform to shorten the information time, increase the rate of receiving information, awareness, so as to further improve the quality of nursing and teaching, and the wechat is convenient, rapid and accurate, and suitable for extensive application of nursing management.
