浓香型大曲酒生产能否安全度夏是关系到生产正常与否的关键,所以,停产前的"压池"工作尤为重要,对影响压池的关键因素进行浅析。
Whether the production of luzhou-flavor liquor production safety is the key to normal production or not, Therefore, the pressure pool work before production is particularly important. In this paper, the key factors affecting the pressure pool are analyzed.
