北方浓香型半成品酒贮存变化规律研究

摘要 在浓香型白酒生产过程中,勾兑成型的半成品白酒,需要静置贮存7至9天,才能使酒水的风格质量达到一个相对稳定状态,并能在这一状态维持一段时间;但随着贮存时间进一步延长,半成品酒的口感风格,会随时间的变化逐渐减弱,甚至会出现口感不合格的现象。 The blending of semi-finished products to low-grade liquor, static storage for 5 to 9 days, in order to achieve a relatively balanced state so that the drinks taste style, and maintain for a period of time; but as the storage time extended further, style liquor will gradually weaken, and even taste the unqualified phenomenon.
