优拓敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤效果研究

Effect of Urgotul Dressing Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in Treatment of Deep Ⅱ Degree Burn

目的:探究优拓敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗烧伤深Ⅱ度的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月期间本院收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者80例,按照入院顺序进行排号,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用凡士林纱布加重组人表皮生长因子凝胶覆盖创面,而观察组在对照组的基础上加用优拓敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶覆盖创面。比较两组治疗前、治疗后1、7、14 d患者的VAS评分变化、创面愈合时间及愈合速率、创面渗出物评分及周围炎症评分。结果:治疗前两组的VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、7、14 d观察组的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1、7、14 d与治疗前比较,且对照组治疗后7、14 d与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,7 d后创面渗出物评分和周围炎症评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优拓敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子在改善烧伤深Ⅱ度创面的疼痛评分,改善创面恢复均具有较好的疗效,对于Ⅱ度烧伤的患者愈合具有积极的作用,值得推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Urgotul dressing combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in treatment of deep Ⅱ degree burn.Method：A total of 80 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burn treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected,according to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number method,40 cases in each group.The control group was covered with Vaseline gauze and Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel covered the wound,the observation group was treated with Urgotul dressing combined with Recombinant Human Wpidermal Growth Factor Gel on the basis of the control group.The changes of VAS scores,wound healing time and healing rate,wound exudate scores and peripheral inflammation scores were compared between two groups before and after treatment 1,7,14 d.Result：There was no statistical difference in the VAS scores between two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.VAS scores of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment 1,7,14 d,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were statistical differences between after the tratment 1,7,14 d and before treatment in the observation group;there were statistical differences between after treatment 7,14 d and before treatment in the control group（P〈0.05）.The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the wound exudate scores and peripheral inflammation scores after treatment 7 d in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Urgotul dressing combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor can improve the pain score of deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds and improve the recovery of burn wounds.At the same time,and has a positive effect on the healing of patients with Ⅱ degree burns.It is worth of promoting.
