500例精神病患者颅脑CT结果分析及临床应用价值

Analysis of Craniocerebral CT Findings in 500 Psychiatric Patients and Its Clinical Value

目的:研究精神病患者颅脑CT的表现及其临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年6-12月本院收治的精神病患者500例的临床资料,对其颅脑CT结果进行分析总结。结果:在所有病例中,385例精神病患者CT表现未见异常,115例患者颅脑CT显示异常,阳性率为23.00%。其中脑梗死患者占69.57%(80/115),40岁以上有脑梗死的患者占60.87%(70/115);脑萎缩患者占34.78%(40/115);脑肿瘤患者占36.52%(42/115);脑内钙化患者占8.70%(10/115);脑积水患者占21.74%(25/115);脑内囊肿患者占8.70%(10/115);硬膜下积液患者占4.34%(5/115)。结论:对精神病患者行常规颅脑CT检测,可发现一些隐匿性疾病并及时治疗,对临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective：To study the manifestation and clinical application value of craniocerebral CT in psychiatric patients.Method：The clinical data of 500 psychiatric patients admitted in our hospital from June to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and the results of craniocerebral CT were analyzed and summarized.Result：In all cases,385 cases of psychotic patients showed no abnormal CT findings,and 115 cases of them showed abnormal CT in the brain,the positive rate was 23.00%.Among them,cerebral infarction accounted for 69.57%（80/115）,and patients with cerebral infarction over 40 years accounted for 60.87%（70/115）,brain atrophy patients accounted for 34.78%（40/115）,brain tumor patients accounted for 36.52%（42/115）,cerebral calcification patients was 8.70%（10/115）,hydrocephalus patients accounted for 21.74%（25/115）,cerebral cysts patients accounted for 8.70%（10/115）,and subdural effusion patients accounted for 4.34%（5/115）.Conclusion：Psychiatric patients underwent routine craniocerebral CT examination may find some occult diseases and prompt treatment,which is of great significance for clinical treatment.
